Signum Café is the resort’s restaurant, set among sixteen acres of lawn and forest. The kitchen works with fresh, locally sourced produce across an eclectic menu – Indian, Chinese, Continental and Italian – served as a buffet or a la carte, indoors or at a table laid under the open sky.
It seats 100 and stays open from breakfast through to a late dinner, cosy and boutique in feel with room for families. Beyond the daily menu there is food slow-cooked over a traditional clay chulha, a kulhad welcome drink to begin your stay, and the Chef’s Table – a harvest from the kitchen garden, cooked in front of you at an open-air table in the middle of the lawns.
