All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates, inclusions, and validity may vary by property; please check the individual property page at the time of booking.
Promotional rates apply to direct bookings only, are subject to availability, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
A reservation must be cancelled at least 72 hours before the planned date of arrival. A reservation cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge. Reservations made on promotional offers are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amendable for the entire length of stay; if such a reservation is cancelled, the full advance paid will be treated as the cancellation fee.
A group reservation must be cancelled or amended at least 45 days before arrival. In the case of a no-show, or a cancellation or amendment of the conference or group booking, in part or in full, within 45 days of the date of check-in, a retention charge becomes due, calculated as: the number of rooms cancelled or no-show × 1 night × the applicable daily rate per room, including taxes. In addition, if any participant checks out early, retention will be charged for the nights booked that are released by that early check-out.
A cancellation made on or after the check-in date, or a no-show, will be charged at 100% of the booking amount.
On receiving a request for cancellation from the guest, in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy above, the hotel will contact the bank immediately to begin the credit process. The refund will be made by bank transfer, or to the credit card used to book the rooms, conference or group. Under normal circumstances the refunded amount will appear within 14 to 20 working days; however, depending on the bank’s practice, the actual crediting can take 30 to 45 business days.
Accepted payment methods are confirmed during booking. Any applicable taxes and fees are shown before payment.
