After completing his Hotel Management Programme from IHM Pusa, he trained in the hotel front desk operations and various other departments at The Park Group of Hotels for 2.9 years before moving into Sales and Marketing for one of the largest hotel chains in the world, Intercontinental Park Royal as Assistant Sales Manager.
He has led the sales/marketing/strategizing initiatives for ITCMaurya Sheraton, The Taj Mahal Hotel under various positions.
Mr. Sharma moved to The Claridges Hotel, Surajkund where he became the Director of Business Development for 3.5 years and then to the Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces as Director of Sales and Marketing for the next 6.7 years.
